Set up in a workbook format, S.A.D. No More offers 10 lessons with easy-to-use worksheets and online resources to give readers the confidence to end their dependence on the broken, unhealthy American food industry, and to take control of their health, one meal at a time.

Coaching
Nutrition coaching is available to individuals or small groups (5-7 participants). Programs are designed to meet on a weekly basis, for a duration of 6-12 weeks, based on established goals. Fees vary accordingly.
Classes
A variety of classes are available for church groups, community organizations, businesses (EAPs), schools, etc. Fees are dependent on the number of instructional hours and the size of the class/number of participants. Common topics include:
